Let me be blunt: they are garbage! Just look at this disgusting… watch. I'm not that big of a fan of the genuine Daytona Rainbow, but this Rolex replica truly is wretched. Where should I start?
The 12 o'clock hour mark is about to commit suicide, the dial is
offset, the bezel is encrusted with what seem to be digested Skittles. It keeps time with the same accuracy a blind kid pins the tail on the donkey. And I could go on, but let's just say this: it's not good at all.
The Site: Usability and Design
I like the overall look of the website. It's minimalistic, black and you shouldn't have problems finding your Rolex replica of choice.
Each fake watches brand is split into multiple categories, but you you
cannot refine your search by price, gender etc. No biggie here, but what
I find dubious is the watermark on all pictures, since
TopGunReplicas.com is not where I'm at.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
Not the worst, but they are not good either. The live chat feature is a work of fiction, which I absolutely despise.
It could be tagged as “live” if they reply instantly after you
completed the contact form (by the way, this is the only way to get in
touch), but this is not the case here. I got a reply in two days. Not quite. The only way to get a hold of them is via e-mail, provided they give you an answer. I only received a reply after 5 days of constantly spamming their inbox.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
It's not fast, but at least it's free. My package arrived in about two and a half weeks, so I'm not very impressed.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable?
Standard 14 days for return, 180 days for free repair. Guess what I did. At first they tried to convince me to have it repaired or exchanged. Sorry guys, my friend wants nothing to do with your Rolex replica ! She got her money back in the end, but she did pay the shipping charges. I do believe it was the better choice.
The Bottom Line
I hope Jo will still be friends with me after I used her as a Guinea pig for my Thomgoodwin.com review. Just kidding, we are very good friends. To be on subject, I recommend to shop for your Rolex replica elsewhere.
